ChatlinesUSA is a live telephone chat service that lets single adults record greetings and connect with other adult callers. Availability of callers varies by time, day and location. We provide the platform that connects calls; we do not screen, endorse, or take responsibility for other users or the content of their conversations.
New male callers may be offered a free trial; women may call free. Offers are for eligible callers, subject to availability, and may be limited or withdrawn at any time. No credit card is required for the trial itself.
After any free trial, continued use by paying callers requires the purchase of minutes or a package. Applicable rates are disclosed before you incur charges. Standard carrier, mobile, and long-distance fees from your phone provider may also apply. You are responsible for all charges incurred on your line.
You agree to use the Service lawfully and respectfully. You will not harass, threaten, defraud, or impersonate others; solicit or engage in any illegal activity; involve or reference anyone under 18 in any way; record other callers without consent; or use the Service for commercial solicitation. We may suspend or terminate access for any misuse.
You interact with other callers at your own risk. We are not responsible for the conduct of any user, online or offline. If you choose to meet another caller in person, you do so entirely at your own risk.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
This site may link to third-party services, including FKBook and other sites in our network. We are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party sites.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
